Why should I purchase from Leading Edge Baits?
Leading Edge Baits only uses the best materials available at our disposal to produce baits. That includes the plastic, colorants, glitters, scents and even our packaging. All of our products are made to order to ensure the baits are fresh and colors are at their prime. Most importantly our baits are proven to help you catch more fish! Do you resell other baits or remelt other baits down to fill orders?
No. We only sell baits made by us!
Is the same plastic used for all baits?
No. Some baits perform better with super soft plastic and some do better with a much harder plastic, like tubes. Using a plastic that is too soft and flexible would result in a tube collapsing and losing its shape. On the other hand, using a hard plastic for a worm simply would kill the action therefore not making that worm very enticing to a bass.
Do you pour all of your baits with salt?
No! Un-weighted, unsalted plastic floats allowing the tails on our drop shot shads to really dance in the water, attracting more fish! You also have the option to add extra salt in our Hypno Sticks for an even faster fall rate.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders will normally ship within 7-10 business days. Custom and larger orders will take longer. If you have an emergency order contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you do custom orders and matches? Laminates?
Yes! We will try and match baits as best as possible. Please note, there will be a 1 time $5.00 fee on all custom matches. We also prefer if you send us the bait you’re trying to duplicate. What scent does Leading Edge baits have available?
A variety including Garlic, Crawfish, Coffee and Anise. Or no scent. Which one gets ordered the most? Easy! Garlic, HANDS DOWN!
